With the current success of the Navy Green Mixed Use Development , the NYC Housing Preservation and Development Authority collaborated with Dunn Development on a second large scale redevelopment along the Livonia Avenue Corridor. The planned 278 residential units will offer affordable housing and mixed use commercial and retail spaces in 4+ new buildings. The planned 5th building will feature a Boys Club of New York.
In addition to the residential units the project will feature nearly 30,000 square feet of retail and common space an Art Gallery and new businesses and restaurants. The unique feature of the product is that each of the 4 buildings currently being constructed are designed by different architectural firms, creating a diverse landscape that is unified by a pallete of brick tones and window styles.
The project broke ground in early February of 2014, and is expected to begin accepting residents in October of 2015.
