The SPEC MIX® D2W WETMIX is the ultimate SPEC MIX® silo material mixing system for mortar, grout, stucco, shotcrete and most all other types of cementitious based products. The portable system completely eliminates the need for a job-site mixer and labor. Specifically designed to attach to the bottom of a SPEC MIX® G7000 or Ten Bagger silo, this continuous power mixing auger system utilizes a unique array of specialized mixing paddles, agitators and a controlled water feed. It folds and shears any preblended cementitious product to efficiently hydrate the dried aggregate and mechanically work natural air into the material for maximum workability. Contractors can choose from an output of 3.5 or 7.0 cubic yards per hour and adjust to specific batch sizes or run continuously to a pump.
Running on single phase, 230V, 50A power, the customized control panel allows for multiple batch size options and remote operation. The water pump panel can be supplied by a one inch hose from a standard water supply or can draw water from a water tank. The water pump panel also allows for easy water additions that can be adjusted while mixing, allowing the contractor to consistently control water to cement ratios.
